Unix. ClearQuest allows a
software team to create custom user interfaces that adapt
ClearQuest to your organization's workflow management needs. These
programmable user GUI�s allow technical and business unit
project stakeholders to manage both defect reporting and
change request management online, including within multi-site
environments.
ClearQuest
integrates with the other major tools of the Rational family
to provide full-life cycle defect and change tracking. Change
requests, for example, can be reflected in requirements via
Requisite Pro, within the Rose design environment and within
testing tools. The ability to trace defects and change
requests across the tasks of the project's lifecycle is one of
the most powerful features of the Rational toolset.
Web and
multi-site versions of ClearQuest exist that allow distributed
software teams to effectively manage their team defect repair
and change/ enhancement request workflow processing
activities.
